  1. Reduce Support Tickets: Specifically addressing issues related to QR code usage and the new loyalty program feature, "Limit the Cashback Redemption Based on Total Bill Amount."

Why?,Because while the feedback has been positive for this feature, data shows it's underutilized.

  1. Onboard More Restaurants: Focus on creating content that attracts and educates restaurant owners about the benefits of using Reelo.

  2. Highlight the QR Code Feature: Lack of case studies on QR codes is a gap I plan to fill this month.
